Shipping policy

At PluggedGarms, we partner with trusted fulfillment centers worldwide to make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase.

  • Once your items are shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days after dispatch, though in some cases it may extend depending on customs, holidays, or carrier delays due to our warehouses being based in Asia.

Multiple Shipments
Because we work with several warehouses, your order may be split into separate packages. If that happens, you’ll receive a unique tracking number for each shipment.

Shipping Costs & Duties

  • We charge no shipping fee, unless you have chosen priority shipping.

  • Import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country’s customs are not included in this fee and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at pluggedgarms0@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders move into fulfillment and we’re unable to reroute them.

Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or if it arrives damaged, please email us immediately at contact@pluggedgarms.com with your tracking number (and photos of any damage, if applicable). We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.
