Refund policy

1. Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in the same condition as you received it, with its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. You can contact us via our social media channels or at contact@pluggedgarms.com

If stated that the sale is final, or the item is not eligible, you cannot apply for a refund. 

2. Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@pluggedgarms.com within the 30-day period, providing your order details and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. 

3. Return Shipping:Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item. As our fulfillment centers are located in Asia, all returns must be sent to our international warehouse address provided by customer support.

4. Refund Process:Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility(this may be with a picture taken of the item), we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at pluggedgarms0@gmail.com.

5. Exclusions:
Certain items, such as personalised or customised products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.

When a customer wants to return an item when its not delivered yet we will not accept it and you can send it back when you received it. We also don't refund when a customer doesn't accept their package on their front door or pick up point. (When an item is delivered at a pick up point and not picked up we will take a £3 administration costs).
